Hello I’m Forest Ward, one of the Co-owners of Near Me Soft Wash & Exterior cleaning. I am a young entrepreneur that has decided to start an exterior cleaning business with two of my closest friends. I’ve always had a niche for all things technology, which has led me to the digital marketing and advertising aspect of our new and growing business.
Hello, my name is Austin Kardos Co-owner of Near Me Soft Wash & Exterior Cleaning. I have always grown up wondering how I can work for myself and be my own boss, I have always had the drive to do things my way. Ever since the partners and I have began to get close, we realized we shared interest in entrepreneurship, that’s when the ideas and manifestation began. This led us to the model of Soft Washing and we fell in love instantly!

Hello, my name is Ben Ellis and I’m the Co-owner of Near Me Soft Wash & Exterior Cleaning. After severely breaking my leg during junior year of high school and enduring multiple shoulder surgeries my senior year, online school became the only viable option for me. However, these unfortunate circumstances had a silver lining. One of my online classes was a business course that ultimately helped me discover my passion to be an entrepreneur. Ever since I was a kid, I had found peace and comfort in clean spaces. After some intensive research, it became clear to me that soft washing was an ideal business for both my passions and skill sets. My obsession with being a meticulous cleaner combined with my love of the outdoors and physical activity made me realize soft washing was the ideal business for me!
